Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DC Jewellers, located at VIII/381/8 & 9, Mission Quarters Road, East Fort, Thrissur, Kerala – 680005, we are dedicated to providing our customers with transparent and fair policies regarding our gold purchase plans. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations.

1. Eligibility

Our gold purchase plans are open to all individuals aged 18 years and above. Valid government-issued identification and proof of address may be required for enrollment

2. Minimum Installment Amount

To enroll in our plan, a minimum monthly installment of ₹1,000 is required. Subsequent installments can be made in multiples of ₹500 (e.g., ₹1,500, ₹2,000, ₹2,500, etc.).

3. Monthly Installments

The plan consists of 11 monthly installments. Each installment is due every 30 days, and the final installment must be paid within 7 days of its due date. Timely payments are essential to maintain the benefits of the plan.

4. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, UPI, or any other specified method available at our store.

5. Zero Making Charges

Upon successful completion of all 11 installments, customers are entitled to purchase gold jewelry without any making charges (excluding diamond, precious, 18ct, and uncut ornaments). Purchases can be made after reaching the maturity date, which is 30 days after the last installment.

6. Late Payments

Failure to pay an installment before its due date may result in the lapse or cancellation of the plan, leading to the forfeiture of associated benefits.

7. Cancellation

Customers may cancel their plan; however, this may lead to the forfeiture of benefits accrued from paid installments. The amount paid can still be used to purchase jewelry, but without the plan’s benefits.

8. Purchase Process

After the maturity date, customers must purchase gold items within 15 days. They can select items equivalent to the total amount paid. Any amount exceeding the installments paid must be covered by the customer at the time of purchase, and the zero percent making charge benefit may not apply to the excess amount.

9. Non-Transferable

The plan is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.

10. Refunds

No cash refunds will be provided once the plan is completed; only jewelry purchases are allowed. In case of any disputes, the company’s decision will be final.

11. Compliance with Laws

The plan is subject to all applicable local and national laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with the purchase.

12. Documentation

Customers will receive a plan agreement detailing the terms and payment schedule upon enrollment. Receipts for each installment payment will also be provided.
